Pic 14: The Boat House
There are a few parts here you must be aware of. The slope down marked
 by the green dots and arrow, the top of the ramp to the boat marked by
 a red triangle and the exit door way. When you enter the boathouse you
must turn right to go down the slope and the bare off the right to do
a left turn to the exit. If you go too fast here you will go too wide and hit the
wall on the wrong side of the door (near the direction arrow). If you hit the
 edge of the ramp (red triangle) then you will roll your car or at least loose control.
The area is slippy too a little so take it easy till you learn it well.
