Website Updates:- I have added a few extra pictures for
the PetroVolt track guide. Adjusted most of the track guides so they are more
similar. Currently I have about 10 to check. I will update the track download
data near the end of the month. I will be doing a track guide for Mario's
Warehouse as well.

27th March 2011 - Next Track Guide : Harbor Lights
Now Completed
Harbor Lights :-This will be
the next track guide. Just been racing on it with a fastest lap
around 40.5 seconds. There are many small bumps you just cannot see but
will knock you off your line if you hit them. This is a fast track
but not too long (551m) with very few slow parts and some you need to
take around below top speed. I like the parts where you cannot see
the exit/tunnel but have to drive through plants etc. on the way to
them. Guide for this track is coming soon. Just did a lap in
38.776 seconds!

I have removed the track called
Offroad 1 (Offroad.zip) from XTG. The track after I had got it to load in game
was unplayable. The track kept repositioning my car every 3 or 4 seconds. To
fix it I removed the bar charactor from the file names in the track folder.
There was no readme file so I cannot contact the authour.

I am currently updating the Xtreme Track Download section.
The next page I will add is a page with the tracks list by theme. Here is a
preview ofTrack Themes. Also I will do a
page with a list of my favorite tracks.
As you may see I have uploaded I think all of the Extreme
tracks. I noticed that Snakeway is not on RVZT.
Currently I have 607 tracks on XTG which is using 2gb of space
on the web server.

This track has very few flat parts so be very careful as you drive around this
track.
South Park Land :- Download
This track is a modified Supermarket 1 track. The difference is that there are
pictures of the South Park characters spread on the walls etc. No difference in
track layout.

31st August 2007 : Its Been a long month !!
I have just finished the track tables for the extreme tracks.
These list the tracks by author, date etc.
These are not html tables as when I tried to copy a range of cells from Excel
and paste them into Frontpage, I found that I had created a 900kb+ page. I
didn't notice this at first as my connection speed is so fast but I didn't know
what was slowing down my pc. These pages are completely basic text files that
are as small as I can get them. The only problem is that I had to use a
different font. This is because a font like Tahoma has different widths for most
letters. The Courier New font has letter widths all the same so I can do a nice
"table" for those pages.

I have also added some tracks that I had missed. Also I found
that RVZT did not have a track. I have informed Arto so it will be up on RVZT
soon. The track is Goudrix (gou.zip).
I will continue to finish off the guides over the next few weeks
as well.

22nd August 2007 : New Java Scripts
I have added java scripts to the track download links for the completed
guides, the new xtreme track download page (excluding patches and numbers ) and
the news page.
21st August 2007 : Broken links on tracks downloads.
For the next few days I will be updating the place where the tracks are
stored.
So there will be broken links. But the new download page is up ( top right
corner )
and so you must use this until the pages have been updated. The way in which
this
new track downloads is how the tracks will all soon.
11th August 2007 : More Tracks on XTG , and More Guides
Updated the Extreme Track Download Page.
So far I have uploaded the guides for Cignus X1, The Felling Yard Extreme and
Arora Borealis, but these 3 guides have no text on them with the pictures.
There will be approx 20 new guides put up soon. These are mostly newish track
but a couple are older tracks. One of these is TableTowne. Its a Lego track that
can be raced in reverse as far as I know. I have uploaded more extreme tracks to
XTG but have not linked to most of them. I will do this in the coming days and
will initially post the links to this news page. For now here is :

I have removed Supa Nova track guide as there was not much there any way.
I still need to write the text for Yabba Dabba Doo and refresh the guides for Fools Mate 1, Fools Mate 2, Hokey Smoke!,
Rooftopsand Museum9.
I have changed the main page for the track guides. Each track has a short description next to the track picture.

I'm back !! 1st August 2007.
I am at present revamping the guides section.
There are so many different ways I did these when I did them they look pretty crap.
I you want to know what the guides will look like then check out Ye Olde Fun Shoppe.
So far I have refreshed Canyon Run, RV Temple, Toyland GP and Venice.
I will not restart the ladder as I don't think there is enough
people and I do not have
enough time, but I will update the website as much as I can.
