Track Review :- This is another excellent from
hialaire9. As well as the track the pickup gfx has been changed to a
multicolour Christmas tree decoration. When you do pick one up it make a dinging noise which adds to the effect. The rockets, the flipper and the ball bearing have been modified too. The ball bearing is now a penguin which when I first saw it, I was at a loss as why this penguin was moving. The surface is very bumpy and slippy when not on the paths so be careful as you may not turn when you want to. You need to have a good look round the track to see all the objects as you will just miss otherwise. I saw that the global zap pickup was well off the racing line and in the river. There are a couple of well placed lampposts that you will hit. There is a small short cut but I could not see me doing this faster than the longer easier way and I don't think it is faster by much. I found it very hard to do fast laps and only got one quick lap out of 8. Overall another excellent track from hilaire9. |
