Pic 1 : The Start!!
This ice is very slippy and you must be careful how fast you drive and where
the next corner is. At the start its not too difficult but coming down this straight
starting a new lap you should be aware that you must start turning long
before the corner.

Pic 2 : First Ice Corner
There are 2 was to do this corner. 1st is to slide into the wall behind the
blue car. This will point your car down the next straight. You will need to turn
a little left though to avoid the obstacle on the right.
The second way is to slide into the corner sideways and wait until you see the
exit or till your car stops sliding and make the necessary adjustment.

This is easy as long as you do not need to make a turn to correct the angle of
your car. If you do hit something then you will spin so try to force a full turn
so you end up pointing the right way. Or you can drive backwards like I used to
do.

Pic 4 : Ice to Snow
The snow is like the gravel so be careful when you go onto it as you will have
a lot more grip.

As you may be able to see the track in the distance goes down and to the left.
You can take the next part at full speed.

Pic 6 : Snow Down Slope
Carry on at full speed and turn before the drop just before the road/bridge
part. There is a small drop and I take it on the left side. Watch out for the edge
of the track as it will flip you.

Full speed again.

This is an up hill part so get as much speed on before this part. This is relatively
easy so just watch the edges.

Drive on the left here as its the easy. Keep up your speed here.

Be careful here as you go down and don't shy with your speed. You can
go as fast as you like until the bridge.

Pic 11 : Under The Bridge
As you go under the bridge you will see some more ice. The way to do the ice
parts is to learn the track layout and how your car drives on it. You will then
know by instinct how fast you can go. I drive as fast as I can then turn right
and slide until I see the apex of the following turn. Then I try to stop sliding
and drive straight keeping my speed to around 20mph. If you drive any faster
you will just slide into the side of the track.

If you can take this turn so you stop sliding just after the apex you will be
able to steer your car at the following apex and keeping your speed up.

Pic 13 : Broken Ice
As you come round the turn you can slide to far right side. Then you will
see a straight path past the broken ice and minimise speed loss.

The same goes here as what I said in Pic page 12. But the closer you
to the apex of the following turn the better the exit from the ice will be.

Pic 15 : Exit from Icy Hell
You cannot see it too clearly here but there is a low outcrop of side
of the track which you can drive over ( not a good idea ) or if you
have take a good line you may not have to turn to the left too much.

This is a fast turn down to the tunnel.

As you enter the tunnel do not steer as there is a sudden drop. If you
take this straight you will land and then turn up the slope in the tunnel.

Pic 18 : Tunnel
This looks long but it goes fast. The grip is the best so treat this part as
normal grip. Don't slow down in the tunnel as you will need it for the next part.

Pic 19 : Tunnel Exit
Careful how you turn and keep away from the sides. As you go up the
slope do not turn if you have too as you speed will drop even more.

Easy slope upwards. If possible at the bottom of the slope steer your
car to the right side.

Pic 21 : First Bridge
You need to take this bridge straight on as at if you do not you will
hit the posts at the other side of the bridge.

You can try to go around the bridge but I found this difficult and
probably a longer and slower way.

Pic 23 : the Second Bridge
Before you get the the second bridge you need to turn so you will go
straight over the bridge.

You can go through the metal hut which is easy but you can if you turn
and head for the branch on the left. This will aim you so you drive just past
the cable car. When you pass the tree you will see in the distance the next part
right in front of you.

Here is the entrance to the last part. If you have gone to the left of the
cable car then you will have a straight line into this tunnel.

Just keep your car in the middle.

As you come around this turn from the left slide into the wall just above
the place position (8th) on the left. This will point your car in the general
direction of the end of the lap.

If you look at the race time you will see its 23:09:278. I learnt this track by
doing a set of 20 laps with only one other car and no pickups. It I wanted to get
good at a track I would do a couple more sets of 20.
