PetroVolt :-
Well there are few tracks that are this good to race on and
even fewer that are made so well. A SUPERB track in every respect and
my favourite  track of all. This track is fast has many turns easy
 and hard tricky parts and is always a joy to race on.

Pic 1: The Start

A long straight with a slight chicane with a upward slope near the end. As you reach the top
, stay towards the right and try and get some space around you.

Pic 2: Stop!! Corner

This pic shows the 3 main routes ppl take when taking this corner. There are 2 main hazards,
these are the road works sign and the manhole with the manhole cover just behind.
The best way to take this corner is to slow down a little from the right and then do a hard left
 to just miss the corner of the curb. If you do not slow down enough then you will go on the
 yellow line and hit the road sign. If you don’t turn enough then you will end up in the manhole
 blue line. There is a forth way but you must go very wide and rub the right curb to go around
 the sign and under the manhole cover.

Pic 3: Approach to Petrol/Gas Station

These 2 turn can be taken at full speed in Toyeca as the road is wide and the
 turns long, Try to avoid sliding and going too wide but as these are easy turns
 then you should never mess up here so not too close to the curbs.

Pic 4: Approach to Petrol/Gas Station Car Wash

As you leave the corner you must try to end up on the right side near the curb without too
 much turning. Stay in the sun lit area of the road, as then you will be able to go faster into
 the car wash. The entry is very fast and there are a few ways to go through

Pic 5: Entry to Car Wash

I think the best way through here (although ppl will disagree) is the right tire
 guide as this doesn’t involve too much turning and the exit is better. There is a
 small ramp onto the tire guide and I have messed up here a couple of times but
 mostly I can do it ok. When you jump from the end of the tire guide you need to
 turn a left so I turn before I land, so when I do my car turns a lot. This is a technique
 I use on some tracks where I need to make a hard turn after a jump, but is tricky
to get right. I use this sometimes in nhood2 after the enclosed garden.

Pic 6: Exit From Car Wash

The red line shows the best line to take but you may think that this is impossible
 to get. If you use the technique I spoke about in Pic 5 then you should land and
 turn at the same time so you then are pointing towards the red sign near the
 second door way. If you go too far to the right then you will have
to make a much longer turn into the door way.

Pic 7: Shop Entrance

Here you must approach the shop as far to the left as you can (but not too further
 than indicated) and then do a hard turn right into the doorway. This is a hard turn
 to get right as the curb slopes and will spin you if its not and the flat part.

Pic 8: Shop U Turn

A hard left turn here but you cannot see your skid marks so be careful not to
 turn too hard. Approach from the left side to make the turn as long and fast as possible.

As you leave the shop you might hit traffic from the left so just hope you don’t!!!!

Pic 11: Red Line

This part I didn’t show too well in my previous guide, but you can now
se how I do it. It is a set of 3 turns the first the fastest the second easy
and the third with a car in the way. You must avoid hitting the curbs here
as these are easy too get right.

Pic 12: Third Turn

There are two ways here to go so if you take the turn very hard then it’s the
red line, more easier then the blue or if you slow down too much. If you are going
on the red line then make sure you miss the car wheels as they will stop and trap you.
As you go past the car veer to the right for the next turn.

Pic 13: Exit From Petrol/Gas Station

The red lines shows the fastest way but be aware that the curb is sloped
 and will tend to turn you to the right slightly.

Pic 14: Desk Room

This part is a tricky and fun to get right. It involves over sliding to the left then
the right to make the exit. The blue lines show the over sliding parts. If you get
 it right then you should be lined up for the exit correctly.

Pic 15: Cones !!

These cones you can see either don’t move or are very hard to move so try to
 avoid them. Next is a ramp that lands you near the next right turn.

Pic 16: Turn

Avoid hitting the corner here as if you do you r car will head for the on coming wall
in front of you. Take the corner a little wide and if too wide then use the wall to bounce off.

Pic 17: Ramp And Steps

Here there is a ramp and a set of steps. The difficult part here is to turn and jump
 without hitting the steps and not hitting the wall too much. If you jump from the
ramp side then you may hit the edges of the steps. The best way is too jump from
 the right side of the top step and hit the wall as you land and not before.

This is a view from the top of the steps. There is a hard right turn after the entrance.

Pic 19: Work Shop

Use the skid marks here as the way to go. Do a right turn after the entrance
 then a left, but if you go too wide then bounce off the wall and then line up for the long ramp.

Pic 20: Loft Ramp

When you go onto the ramp veer to the right side and then about ¾ of the way
 up you must start a turn around the first wooden post. This is similar to the
 ramp and turn in Toytanic but there you have the shadow to guide you.

Pic 21: Loft Turn

The blue cross is where you should land and then turn for the first straight in the loft.
If you didn’t make the turn then you will have to go around the second post and do a longer turn.

Pic 22: Loft first straight

There are two ways to drive here, the easier way is to stay in the middle of
 the loft and not drive under the diagonal posts. This is a little slower and safer,
 but the faster way is to driver under the diagonal beams on the turns.

The red line is the way I drive but a little risky and the blue line slower but safer.

After the third turn, veer to the left to enable a faster right turn into the down ramp.

Pic 26: Exit ramp

The goal here is to drop from the top and land a little to the right of the end
 of the ramp. To do this you must do a hard right turn (red line) and then pick up
speed and do a slight right turn to jump diagonally from the top of the ramp to
 the bottom. If you take the blue line you will hit the wall or have to slow down a
 lot to go down the ramp.

You need to jump from the left side of the top of the ramp and land near the red cross
 pointing in the direction of the red line. This is so because the grass is slippy and
turning less on the grass is a good idea.

Pic 28: 2 Trees

This is the view you should see after you turn out of the work shop.
Keep to the right of the first tree and then to the left of the second tree.

Pic 29: Second Tree

The red line shows no sliding and the blue where to slide. As you approach the second
 tree you must start to turn and slide a lot. I usually are sliding sideways here and
 when I can see where I need to go next I stop turning.

Pic 30: Bumpy Grass Slope

This part is tricky to get right. You must driver towards the corner of the wall
 and as you go down the slope your car will tend to go to the right. It’s a bit
strange at first but near the end of the slope you must turn a
 little to the left to stat on the raised pavement.

Pic 31: Drop And Turn

Here towards the end of the raised pavement you must do a small left turn where
 the red direction arrow is and then straighten up your steering before you leave
the raised pavement. Now wait till you have landed and then turn left turn bounce off the
 curb if need be turn left again.

Pic 32: The End, at last !!

Bounce off the curb if need be, do a left turn to turn towards the finish line.
