Track Created by William Hart

To use this track:

1. Take the TDF file and copy it to the /editor/tdf folder. 
2. Load the track editor and then load the level
3. Export the track called: Spiral 2000
4. To play this track:  Start Re-Volt and when you get to choose
   a level pick Spiral 2000 when it becomes available.
