🐷🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐷🐽🐷 🐖 bIggEtJeS 🐖 🐽 an RVGL track by 607 and Folk 🐽 🐖 30 July 2019 1.0 🐖 🐷🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐖🐽🐷🐽🐷 Introduction 'biggetjes' is Dutch for 'piglets'. That's what this track is about. This track was made for Tryxn/Zeino's "THE ANNUAL SH*T TRACK PACK COLLECTION": https://forum.re-volt.io/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1007 It is however also intended for release on other track sharing websites, as it is meant to be fun. This idea appealed to me because I have tried to create tracks multiple times in the recent past, but I never had enough dedication to finish something good. As a kid, I just made bad tracks and was content, but now I wanted to make good tracks, of course. And then this came along. :) An opportunity to create a fun track without having to worry about quality standards! We started working on this on July 20th, and it was entirely created in a cottage in Denton, Kent, England. Design Concepts While designing this track, my brother Folk and I decided on several ideas. They are these: The track should features as many pigs as possible The track should use every single space in the level for its racing line (check out the overhead view!) The track should include instances from JimK's sets The track should have customised weapons, based on Emoji The track, GUI and effects should be as pink as possible All of them worked out very well. ;) :D Deficits As said, I liked that I didn't have to set high quality standards for this track, as it was intended for a 'shit track pack'. This means I took some shortcuts. This is a list of some things I might have done if I had been more dedicated to track creation: Learn Blender to create custom models and/or edit existing models Add direction triggers Improve AI nodes Polish graphics I hope you'll still have fun with the track! If it's well received I might once work on some of these things, who knows. ;) Further Stuff I frankly don't see the need of a 'programs used' or 'thanks to', as there's no reason to make this readme as long as possible, and it doesn't seem interesting to me. But thanks to Zeino for hosting the competition and thanks to people from the Re-Volt Discord and TRH forum for answering questions here and there (I was able to figure out most stuff myself :)). Thank you for checking out our track!
